Work With Me

The work I do, whether it's somatic therapy, sound, or ketamine-assisted sessions, is to help you remember and return to that sense of wholeness rather than achieve it. At the center of this work is deep listening: receiving yourself without judgment, your body, your history, and your own nervous system, closely enough that we can learn to trust ourselves. I learned this for myself when I met the challenge of leaving every role I had tended to, and let myself sit still long enough to receive the unwavering part of myself I thought I had lost, along with parts of myself I never knew existed. My personal journey sent me across continents, but what I learned is that staying right here, right now, and diving inward was more than enough. Since then, I have dedicated my education and work to supporting others in this process and journey to safely arrive back into the home of self. This work is more alignment than effort, and often about doing less than more. We learn to pause, witness, and trust the internal stillness as part of the healing rather than something that is obstructing it. That is why my practices are gentle, moving through sound and through the layers of the mind, to arrive at a place that, while seemingly elusive, has always been here. While my practice specializes in supporting those who are at the front lines of death, grief, pain, and trauma, I invite all people who are curious to discern their perception towards the home of the self. If this resonates, and if you have any curiosities that would benefit from a connective call, I invite you to an introductory consultation.

Therapeutic Practices

  • These sessions allow for us to explore what is on the mind, and how the body has learned to  respond.

Between these two spaces, patterns develop, and Somatic Experiencing allows us to learn  and better navigate between these two spaces so that we can expand into a practice of presence for purposeful and integrated processing.

  • As an experienced  ketamine practitioner, I have worked with over a hundred  individuals and have facilitated and guided groups with ketamine between 4 and 50 people.  Ketamine, which is a fast-acting medication that is now being studied and used more widely  for its ability to ease depression, anxiety, and trauma when paired with therapeutic support.

I work with ketamine in low, medium, and high doses that are appropriate and meaningful to  each individual experience, and I am happy to connect about how it works with those curious  to learn more.

    About Ketamine Dosages

Low dose ketamine softens the experience of being, letting the nervous system relax enough  to feel more embodied rather than dissociated. It creates room to state what happened instead of just reciting it, so the trauma cycle can finally move through instead of getting  stuck in activation.

Medium dose pairs ketamine with an hour of live sound, journey work with frequency that lets  you go deeper faster without losing control or becoming dissociated. Fifteen minutes to  ground, an hour of active sound, and fifteen minutes to integrate.

High dose journey work, set to music I curate myself, can create a new experience and a new  baseline to work from, tapping into real neuroplasticity. It's not a silver bullet, and it only stays  with you if you keep doing the work, but it can offer real relief, a mini vacation from repetitive  loops and a chance to witness the self outside of what's being experienced.

  • Sound Therapy is a frequency-based practice that allows for the body to naturally relax, and  journey into a liminal state from which we can harvest narratives that lie just beyond the  periphery.

It is also the backdrop for ketamine-assisted therapeutic journeys to ease and open the  experience for more integration.

The practice has become very popular in recent years, and I have been fortunate to study for  nearly a decade with leading practitioners in the field, and carry multiple certifications.

These masters have guided my Sound and music journeys. I specialize in working with gongs  and other instruments include bronze singing bowls, shruti boxes, harmoniums,  chimes, and flutes.

Sound therapy allows for an effective and productive journey that might feel more accessible  for those who are hesitant about working with ketamine.

  • This calming therapy supports teens navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression,  including high achievers who are losing focus, constantly on edge, irritable, avoidant, or falling  behind because they don't know how to stop or turn off.

Teen Sound Therapy is a space to simply be, in a  world built entirely around doing, fostering self-reflection and the practice of deep listening.

Praxis

The core of my work is found at the intersection of deep listening, nervous system  support, and the wisdom that we can build more capacity for what is challenging us in our  lives.

While I work with all people moving through death, grief, and trauma, my specialty is helping those who work closely with death, or are facing  it directly.

The combination of 1:1 Somatic Therapy, Sound Healing, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy have  become gateways for many moving through the most painful chapters of their lives. These  practices, whether alone or in conjunction, create enough spaciousness to find  our way through towards a more embodied and present living experience.

I believe in the power of being together in community and holding spaces for groups to come together.

Please join me in an upcoming Death Cafe or
Sound Therapy Experience.

I believe in the quiet,  transformative  power of  presence
the kind that listens with the  whole body
not just to others,
but to  ourselves
and to the  stillness  between the words.

I believe that  creativity  is not a  luxury
it’s a  return A way  home  to who we’ve always been beneath the noise.

I believe that  healing  doesn’t always mean  fixing
sometimes, it’s the simple,  radical  act of being truly  seen

I believe in work that feels  aligned  not forced, not performative, but  honest In  questions  that are meant to linger. In the  sacred pause In the  courage  it takes to begin slowly, and begin again.

I believe we are already  whole
and that the real work is  remembering
not  reinventing
not  earning
but gently  reclaiming  that wholeness.

This  space
this  offering
this  invitation
is not about becoming someone  new
It’s about finally coming  home

This space, this work, this offering
isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home.

I believe that we are already whole
and the work is remembering that wholeness, not achieving it.

I believe that creativity is not a luxury, but a way back to who we are.
That healing doesn’t always look like fixing sometimes, it’s simply being seen.

I believe in work that feels aligned.
In questions that don’t need immediate answers. In slowness, softness, and the courage to begin again.

Creativity is clarity in motion.

Presence matters more than perfection.

Deep listening changes everything.

You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need to be met.

Small steps shape big shifts.

Wholeness is your natural state.
